DESCRIPTION: Patek, Philippe & Cie., Geneva, Switzerland, lady's pendant watch, 13 jewels, stem wind and pin set, unusual gilt bar movement with lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance and wolf's tooth winding in an 18 karat, yellow gold, hinged back and bezel, open face case, the gold cuvette marked "No. 116346 Patek, Philippe & Cie, Genève with Arabic numeral, outer red 5-minute markers, single sunk, white enamel dial marked "Patek, Philippe & Cie. Genève blued steel spade and poker hands, serial #116346, 32.5mm, 30.7g TW, c1900.
CONDITION: CASE: Many dings, dimples, particularly on case back; Scratches on outer surface of case; Inside surface of cuvette abraded; Fine scratches on inner surface of case; Standard, karat, case number and other marks inside case back do not match punches used on inside of cuvette; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: Hairlines in enamel, very light; Specks of dirt / dust. HANDS: Very good. MOVEMENT PLATES: Minor haze; Specks of dirt / dust. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks).
